Are you passionate about disruptive research and improving digital security? Come join the line of Integrated Photonic Technology for Security in a vibrant opportunity.
We’re looking for a Research Assistant to join our team and help shape the future of photonic security. You’ll play a key role in designing photonic integrated circuits implementing cryptographic primitives (e.g., PUF, TRNG), contributing to achieve the goals of several ongoing research projects and industrial contracts. You’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to high-quality research that makes a difference.
This is a full-time post (37,5 hours/week), open-ended. The salary range will be Grade M2/M3 (approx. 29,000€ - 40,000€ per annum, gross).

You should have:
• A BSc or an MSc in Photonics, Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
• Experience of performing numerical simulations and designing integrated devices.
• Experience testing photonic devices.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Matlab, or LabView.
