WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Employee in technical support (m / f / d) for our location in Münster

1. Acceptance of telephone and written customer enquiries
2. Answering technical questions about our POS software and our online services
3. Documentation of activities in the ticket system

Your profile

1. Pleasure in dealing with our customers
2. Structured way of working
3. Ability to learn and work independently
4. Experience in customer service an advantage
5. Good knowledge of German
