Team Lead Software Development

YOUR TASKS

1. Establishing and managing a software development team
2. Creating structures and processes to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and a solution-oriented team culture
3. Mentoring and coaching team members, supporting their professional growth
4. Planning budgets and resources, overseeing project planning and tracking
5. Coordinating spectrumK's software projects and products
6. Ensuring timely delivery of software solutions aligned with targets
7. Implementing quality standards, best practices, and agile methods
8. Managing technical documentation and knowledge sharing
9. Identifying and implementing process and technology improvements

YOUR PROFILE

1. Degree in information technology or related field, or comparable professional experience
2. Experience in team leadership and software development
3. Strong leadership and team-building skills
4. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and modern development processes
5. Experience in technology selection and architecture decisions is advantageous
6. Excellent communication skills in German and English, with empathy and teamwork ability
