This position is available immediately, is full-time, and is limited to two years.

Tasks

1. Manage, develop, and ensure high-availability operation of the digital infrastructure, including user and device management.
2. Automate operational processes to improve efficiency.
3. Participate in digital infrastructure projects as part of project teams.
4. Provide 2nd level support for technical issues.
5. Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Exchange, and Office 365.
6. Maintain comprehensive documentation of the system environment.
7. Ensure smooth IT operations during match days and events at MHP Arena.

Qualifications

1. Completed training in IT, e.g., IT specialist for system integration or equivalent.
2. Basic knowledge of server and network administration.
3. Experience with firewalls, VPNs, mail servers, storage systems, (on-premise) virtualization, cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS), web and application servers, and databases.
4. Motivated, reliable, flexible with time, proactive, eager to learn, team-oriented, and hands-on mentality.
