We are a manufacturer of special materials for the door industry. Since its foundation in 1951, our owner-managed company has enjoyed continuous growth thanks to its outstanding market position and today employs a total of 420 people in Arnsberg and Gotha as an industry leader with a high export share.

SAUERLAND Spanplatte uses its own ERP system based on AS / 400 RPG programming. We would like to support the existing IT team with an ambitious developer (m / f / d) who internalizes our company processes and consequently participates in optimizations and changes both in conception and implementation. The IBM i or AS / 400, as well as programming in RPG (RPG IV, ILE RPG, Free RPG), CLP, SQL and development with RDi should be familiar with the basic structures.

We are therefore looking for our location in Arnsberg at the earliest possible date for a

Software Developer / RPG Programmer - IBM i (m / f / d)

• Support in the further development of the existing software (AS / 400)
• Recording of existing processes
• Documentation of existing processes
• Contact person for 3rd level support

Your profile :

• Initial experience in AS / 400 programming (RPG IV, RPGLE, CLP, SQL)
• Willingness to get to grips with company processes
• Strong commitment to familiarizing yourself with a change management system for software distribution (CMOne)
• Efficient and goal-oriented way of working
• High ability to work in a team
• Confident knowledge of German and English
