WISTA Management GmbH is a state-owned company organized under private law and is responsible for the development, marketing, and operation of various high-tech locations in Berlin.

Then we are looking for you as IT Manager (m / f / d) with immediate effect.

The position is permanent and is remunerated in accordance with the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L) salary group 13 plus annual special payment.

Your tasks include:

1. Ensuring a functional and secure IT landscape at the interface to the IT department of our subsidiary, WISTA.Service.
2. Strategic IT responsibility and digitalization.
3. Management of complex large-scale IT projects.
4. Automation of business processes and integration of new technologies including AI applications.
5. Consolidation and further development of the IT architecture towards a consistent overall architecture and interface harmonization.
6. Efficient process design and performance and risk analysis.
7. IT governance and IT security.
8. Management of external and internal service providers.

What you bring to the table:

1. Academic university degree (diploma or master's degree) in a relevant field with a focus on IT management or business informatics.
2. Strong strategic and business management expertise as well as knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
3. Several years of experience with computer networks, network administration, and software implementations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Very good knowledge of German and English.
