Responsibilities :

• As a solution manager, you will advise our customers on the Pan Dacom "Managed Service" portfolio, consisting of service, service and "as a Service" modules up to the takeover of network operation by Pan Dacom.
• You are responsible for the planning, calculation and preparation of offers for managed service projects.
• Presenting the prepared offers to the customer is just as much a part of your tasks as supporting our project sales team.
• You plan and conduct workshops and regular service meetings to continuously optimize customer service.
• You ensure reinsurance with our subcontractors and manufacturers.
• In close cooperation with the sales and service team, you will support the processing of tenders.

Your Profile :

• You have successfully completed a university degree (electrical engineering, computer science, engineering) or comparable training.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in consulting and planning managed service and IT Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) projects.
• Experience with ITIL-based services.
• You enjoy familiarizing yourself with related topics and have a high level of communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Your structured and methodical way of working is underpinned by at least 5 years of professional experience in this field.
• Your profile is rounded off by your affinity for sales.
