Formación

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in e-commerce or search.
• Fluent in German & English (spoken & written).

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner (all genders) to join our Awareness & Discovery domain. In this role, you will shape the future of search and discovery experiences, ensuring seamless and personalized user journeys. Your role

• Own and drive the search and discovery product vision and strategy, aligning with business goals.
• Enhance product discovery by optimizing search performance, relevance, and personalization.
• Lead a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration between engineering, UX, and business teams.
• Leverage data and analytics to improve search efficiency, engagement, and conversion.
• Oversee key e-commerce functionalities, ensuring compliance and localization.
• Work closely with marketing to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized experiences.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics and optimize based on insights.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new features in collaboration with developers.

Your profile

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in e-commerce or search.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at leadership levels.
• Analytical mindset, turning data into actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of business strategy, metrics, and user-centric innovation.
• Technical expertise in e-commerce, search (ideally Algolia), and personalization.
• Experience with agile methodologies, A / B testing, and analytics tools (Webtrekk, Hotjar).
• Fluent in German & English (spoken & written).

Our offer :

• Full transparency : For this role, we have a salary band between 65,000€ and 85,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
