We are looking for you immediately in Munich as

What you can expect :

1. You will work in an agile, cross-functional team with current and future-oriented technologies.
2. You design and develop our new USER.ID product, an important component of our publishing platform.
3. You design, implement, and optimize the existing microservice architecture in our AWS-based Kubernetes environment.
4. You take on technical coordination tasks within the team and beyond.
5. You influence the German digital press landscape as part of one of the top 5 publishers with 300 million visits per month.

What you bring with you :

1. At least 5 years of experience in software development with Java and 3 years with Spring (Boot).
2. Deep understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, and practical use of JWT.
3. Experience working with and integrating identity providers such as Keycloak.
4. An eye for both the big picture and details, valuing good architecture and applying best practices.
5. Practical experience with the design and operation of microservices.
6. Knowledge of relational databases, REST APIs with OpenAPI, Kubernetes, Kibana, and Grafana.
7. Experience with unit and integration testing, e.g., with JUnit 5, Mockito, and Spring tests.
8. Conversational German and good English skills, along with social skills.
9. Ability to integrate into a team.
