Senior IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

The IT Operations department is the backbone of our IT infrastructure, ensuring our systems operate smoothly and reliably to support our renewable energy projects. Our teams collaborate to implement innovative technologies and deliver efficient, process-oriented software solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Handling daily ticket support (1st and 2nd level) for servers and infrastructure
2. Preparing and implementing IT changes in operations
3. Performing routine administrative tasks in the infrastructure area, such as regular checks and monitoring system evaluations
4. Maintaining and updating systems and infrastructure components
5. Documenting existing systems and routine work
6. Supporting IT project implementations
7. Participating in other activities within the IT Infrastructure Operations team

Qualifications:

• IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Microsoft infrastructure environments, both on-premise and in the M365 cloud
• Strong familiarity with virtualization technologies
• Experience with Citrix environments
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work solution-oriented, independently, and structured, with a passion for teamwork
