Senior Consultant for SAP S / 4HANA FI / CO (m / f / div)

Employment : Part-time, full-time

Field of activity

DRV Bund IT is the service provider for the German Federal Pension Insurance and develops and operates a complex IT system landscape in close coordination with the customer. Our IT specialist domain is responsible for the development and support of the DRV Bund's financial applications.

• Advising internal customer departments on the implementation and operation of SAP S / 4HANA solutions for finance, from analysis and requirements management to implementation
• Conception and design of complex SAP S / 4HANA solutions for financial accounting, asset accounting and controlling
• Creating specifications for the expansion of standard SAP solutions
• Support in the creation of prototypes to evaluate basic feasibility issues
• Configuration (customizing) of the SAP S / 4HANA Finance systems
• Instructing internal employees in the configuration of SAP S / 4HANA FI / CO
• Problem analysis and troubleshooting of the highest degree of difficulty as part of incident management and 2nd level support
• Leading or participating in project or working groups

Your profile

• Successfully completed university education (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in economics or IT or an equivalent qualification such as SAP Consultant certification (for example SAP Certified Application Professional - Financials in SAP S / 4HANA for SAP ERP Finance Experts) or successfully completed vocational training in business or IT or comparable several years of practical experience in the IT field
• Several years of demonstrable professional experience corresponding to the aforementioned tasks
• Confident knowledge and experience in customizing and technical implementation of SAP S / 4HANA FI / CO
• Experience in customizing, designing and implementing SAP S / 4HANA Finance
• Business fluent in written and spoken German
• Knowledge of other SAP modules, e.g. PSM or PSCD, is desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as conceptual thinking skills are required
• The ability to gain an overview of complex subject areas, a high level of problem-solving skills and a strong customer focus round off your profile
