• Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in applying and developing Scrum practices
• Planning and facilitating Scrum events like Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews
• Promoting team development through training and workshops in Scrum methodology
• Identifying and removing obstacles to team productivity
• Enhancing team dynamics and fostering a self-organized, efficient approach
• Ensuring effective communication among the Scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, and promoting transparency

• Academic background: Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master in agile software development
• Certifications: Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Leadership are advantageous
• Technical tools: Experience with Atlassian software tools
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills
• Soft skills: Strong organizational, motivational, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
