The following challenges await you :

As a Scrum Master at IPS, you will be the linchpin of our agile development process. Your responsibilities include coaching and mentoring our Scrum team, actively promoting Scrum practices, and facilitating continuous improvement.

• Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in applying and developing the Scrum process
• Planning and executing Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews
• Promoting team development through training and workshops in Scrum methodology
• Identifying and removing obstacles impacting team productivity
• Enhancing team dynamics and fostering a self-organized approach to increase efficiency
• Ensuring effective communication between the Scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, and promoting transparency

This is important to us :

• Academic background: Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience: At least 3 years as a Scrum Master in agile software development
• Certifications: Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master, Professional Agile Leadership, or Product Owner are advantageous
• Technical tools: Experience with Atlassian software suite tools
• Language skills: Very good German and good English proficiency
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, motivational, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
