Formación

• At least 3 years as a Scrum Master in agile software development.
• Certifications: Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner, or Agile Leadership are advantageous.

The following challenges await you :

• Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in the application and development of Scrum processes.
• Planning and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews.
• Promoting continuous team development through training and workshops in Scrum methodology.
• Identifying and removing obstacles that impact the team's productivity.
• Enhancing team dynamics and encouraging a self-organized approach to improve efficiency.
• Ensuring effective communication between the Scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, and promoting transparency in team progress.

This is important to us :

• Academic background: Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: At least 3 years as a Scrum Master in agile software development.
• Certifications: Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner, or Agile Leadership are advantageous.
• Technical tools: Experience with Atlassian software suite tools.
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to motivate teams, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
