Securiton Germany, a company of the Securitas Group Switzerland, specializes in technical solutions for alarm and security systems.

Position: Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in applying and developing Scrum practices
• Planning and conducting Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews
• Promoting team development through training and workshops in Scrum methodology
• Identifying and removing obstacles to team productivity
• Enhancing team dynamics and fostering a self-organized, efficient work approach
• Ensuring effective communication between the Scrum team, product owner, and stakeholders, and promoting transparency

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development
• Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master or related are advantageous
• Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Strong organizational, motivational, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
