The following challenges await you :

As a Scrum Master at IPS, you will be the key facilitator of our agile development process. Your role includes coaching and mentoring our Scrum team, as well as actively promoting the application and continuous improvement of Scrum practices.

• Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in applying and developing the Scrum process
• Planning and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews
• Enhancing the team's skills through training and workshops on Scrum methodology
• Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder team productivity
• Strengthening team dynamics and encouraging a self-organized approach to increase efficiency
• Ensuring effective communication between the Scrum team, product owner, and stakeholders, and promoting transparency

This is important to us :

• Academic background: Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master in agile software development
• Certifications: Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner, or Agile Leadership are advantageous
• Technical tools: Experience with Atlassian software suite (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• Soft skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to motivate teams, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
