• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development.
• Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master or similar are advantageous.

• Planning and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews.

Your upcoming challenges as a Scrum Master include:

• Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in applying and developing Scrum practices
• Planning and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews
• Fostering team development through training and workshops on Scrum methodology
• Identifying and removing obstacles to team productivity
• Enhancing team dynamics and promoting a self-organized approach to improve efficiency
• Ensuring effective communication between the Scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, and promoting transparency

Our requirements include:

• Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development
• Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master or similar are advantageous
• Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Strong organizational, motivational, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
