The following challenges await you :

As a Scrum Master at IPS, you will be the linchpin of our agile development process. Your role includes coaching and mentoring our Scrum team, and actively promoting the application and continuous improvement of Scrum practices.

• Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in applying and developing Scrum processes
• Planning and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews
• Promoting team development through training and workshops in Scrum methodology
• Identifying and removing obstacles affecting team productivity
• Enhancing team dynamics and encouraging a self-organized approach to increase efficiency
• Ensuring effective communication between the Scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, and promoting transparency

This is important to us :

• Academic background: Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience: At least 3 years as a Scrum Master in agile software development
• Certifications: Such as Professional Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Leadership are advantageous
• Technical tools: Experience with Atlassian software suite tools
• Language skills: Very good German and good English proficiency
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, motivational, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
