Release & Requirements Manager (m / f / div)

Employment: Part-time, full-time

Field of Activity

The online agency is responsible for online services for private customers and pursues the goal of digitizing the core services for this target group. We do this "end-to-end", in cross-agency teams, user-centered and based on modern technologies. To successfully fulfill this mission, we are looking for new talents who share our passion for digital administration, gov-tech, user-centricity, agile working and the digitalization of processes. Together, we are able to offer simple, user-friendly and relevant online services for our customers and establish the "customer portal" or the "online pension application" as the "new normal", for example.

  • Central contact person for all questions relating to requirements and release management
  • Prioritization of requirements in direct reporting and coordination line with the management
  • Recording, analyzing and evaluating requirements from various requirements groups (e.g. committees, decision-makers, product teams, users, legislators) with the involvement of relevant stakeholders
  • Strategic and operational expansion of the online agency's release and requirements management
  • Ensuring and guaranteeing image-positive requirements management (internal and external) and the overall release management of the online agency
  • Defining versioning, patches and release cycles as well as build and deployment processes
  • Coordinating, monitoring and agreeing requirements with the relevant stakeholders while creating and continuously maintaining audit-proof documentation

Your Profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification (Diplom FH) from a university (or university of applied sciences) in an economics, law, administrative science or technical field or an equivalent qualification (e.g. Fachwirt in)
  • You have several years of professional experience in requirements and/or release management or in related roles (IT project management, IT consulting), ideally in a digital environment
  • You have knowledge of agile methods and classic process models
  • You are confident in using MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint etc.) and have experience in using tools for requirements and release management (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills, a structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills
