For innovative applications in women's health - limited to 3 years

Institut Frauengesundheit GmbH (IFG) focuses on developing patient-centered digital health solutions in women's health.

With projects like Family eNav, Mind : Pregnancy, INTEGRATE-ATMP, and BETTER-CARE, we set standards in digital care. Our interdisciplinary team collaborates with experts from medicine, research, and technology to implement innovative applications. Currently, we are launching the ENDO-EVE project, a nationwide platform for endometriosis patient care.

We work closely with university hospitals, medical societies, healthcare researchers, start-ups, and AI technology partners. This network allows us to develop digital applications along real care pathways, evaluate them through studies, and integrate them into medical practice.

You will support the team as a project manager for digital health apps and software development.

What tasks and prospects does the position involve?

  • Conception, management, and further development of digital applications (app / web) from idea to product launch.
  • Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams (medicine, IT, research) and interface management between specialist areas.
  • Co-designing UX / UI in collaboration with designers and developers.
  • Engaging with medical departments, clinical partners, and patients through participatory development (co-creation).
  • Developing new product ideas using agile methods such as design thinking.
  • Creating decision templates and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Managing external service providers and ensuring quality.

Profile - What do we want?

  • A degree (e.g., in computer science, public health, health economics, life sciences, or a comparable qualification) with ideally 2-5 years of professional experience.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices (e.g., MDR, DiGA) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools for app / web development, project management, and prototyping (e.g., Figma, Jira, Notion).
  • Interest in healthcare research, UX / usability, and AI-supported therapy or workflow support.
  • Proactive communication within the team.
