With projects like Family eNav, Mind:Pregnancy, INTEGRATE-ATMP, and BETTER-CARE, we set standards in digital care. Our interdisciplinary team collaborates with experts from medicine, research, and technology to implement innovative applications. Currently, we are launching the ENDO-EVE project, a nationwide platform for endometriosis patient care.

We work closely with university hospitals, medical societies, healthcare researchers, start-ups, and AI technology partners. This network enables us to develop digital applications along real care pathways, evaluate them through studies, and integrate them into medical practice.

Your role:

  • Support the team as a project manager for digital health apps and software development.
  • Conceive, manage, and further develop digital applications (app/web) from idea to product launch.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams (medicine, IT, research) and manage interfaces between specialist areas.
  • Co-design UX/UI in collaboration with designers and developers.
  • Engage with medical departments, clinical partners, and patients through participatory development (co-creation).
  • Develop new product ideas using agile methods such as design thinking.
  • Create decision templates and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Manage external service providers and ensure quality.

Your profile:

  • Degree in computer science, public health, health economics, life sciences, or a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally 2-5 years of professional experience.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices (e.g., MDR, DiGA) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Notion for app/web development, project management, and prototyping.
  • Interest in healthcare research, UX/usability, and AI-supported therapy or workflow support.
  • Proactive communication within the team.

What we offer:

  • Flexible working arrangements with a dedicated, multi-professional team.
  • Exciting projects with social relevance in women's health.
  • Part-time position (19.25 hours/week), limited to three years with an option to extend.
  • Access to the latest digital health solutions and AI-supported development of care solutions.
  • Opportunities for personal development in a high-growth field.
