To strengthen our team, we are looking for the next possible date for a

Product Specialist (m / f / d)

at the location in Neu-Isenburg with possibility for a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:

• Technical product responsibility and process-oriented life cycle support
• Creation of technical documents in German and English
• Installation and support of systems in the pilot phase
• Preparation and implementation of product training and briefings
• Error analysis at hardware, firmware and software level
• Evaluation and documentation of KPIs and initiation of corrective measures

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed technical training, e.g. as an IT systems management specialist (m / f / d) or a degree in electrical engineering / devices and systems or a comparable specialization
• Technical understanding of mechanics, electronics and software
• Good knowledge of MS Office and operating systems (MS, Linux)
• Analytical skills and experience in log data analysis
• Organizational talent and project management skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Structured, independent way of working and ability to work in a team
• High level of commitment and willingness to travel
