Your contribution :

• Take responsibility for the continuous development of our innovative healthcare software and ensure the entire customer lifecycle is easy to understand and highly value-adding. We want to make a global impact and encourage engagement.
• Design and develop a clear, visionary product strategy that drives success and delivers real value to users. As Product Owner, you will own a product that impacts millions of patients daily.
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team from ideation to implementation. Experience as a Product Owner and structured working approach are preferred, technical expertise is not required.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to focus on the most important features and stakeholder requirements, creating inspiring products.
• Gather and incorporate stakeholder needs into development to ensure targeted implementation, contributing to meaningful change in healthcare.

What you bring to the table :

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in an agile environment, with successful contributions to innovative software products.
• Deep understanding of user and stakeholder needs, with the ability to develop visionary strategies that ensure market success and create real value.
• Expertise in prioritization, organizational skills, and strategic decision-making under pressure.
• Clear, goal-oriented communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software development and architecture, with the ability to quickly understand technical concepts and incorporate them into product development.
