• Focus on Automation: Use your scripting skills to develop software robots with Automation Anywhere or ensure smooth operations with tools like Outsystems.
• Identify Automation Opportunities: Collaborate closely with process owners to find the best implementation and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Lifecycle Involvement: Participate in designing, developing, testing, managing go-live, and maintaining smooth processes during ongoing operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance scripting standards, share expertise through training and coaching, and contribute to cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• Degree in (business) informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in developing RPA scripts, preferably with Automation Anywhere or Outsystems
• Ideally, experience in banking and understanding of risks and processes in IT applications
• Strong customer service orientation and implementation skills
• Structured thinking, problem-solving skills, and quick grasp of complex issues
• Initiative, excellent communication skills, and flexibility
• Ability to develop sustainable solutions and think outside the box
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
