Tasks

1. As an Information Security Manager, you will build up the market and coordinate the implementation of regulatory requirements.
2. You will be responsible for managing central regulations / templates relating to information security in the Market division, as well as monitoring the implementation of internal methods and procedures, for example in the area of risk management, and taking care of administrative activities relating to information security.
3. You will be involved in external certifications and internal audits, as well as coordinating the deployment of (external) data protection officers.
4. You take part in internal specialist meetings of the IT trustees and prepare and conduct regular meetings.
5. You will also be responsible for supporting training and awareness-raising measures on the topic of information security in the market.

Requirements

1. You have a degree in computer science or have a comparable qualification with subject-specific further training.
2. You have already gained experience in the field of information security and are willing to complete training as an Information Security Officer.
3. Your strength lies in your consulting skills in the field of information security and GDPR, in the determination of protection requirements and knowledge of protection mechanisms in the context of information security. You have in-depth knowledge of risk analysis and assessment in the field of information security and have a high level of communication skills in the areas of information security and GDPR.
4. Your personality is characterized by very high communication, feedback and conflict skills, good self-management and strong resilience. Your strengths also lie in strategic and holistic thinking.
5. You have a very good command of German and English.

Role Overview

The Information Security Manager is responsible for establishing, operating and maintaining the information security management system in his / her own area. He / she therefore operates the local ISMS and represents the interests of information security there.

The ISM is not responsible for the establishment, operation and maintenance of organizational and technical security measures in the area (Asset Owner : in).

The ISM is appointed by the division manager.
