Tasks

1. As an Information Security Manager, you will build up the market and coordinate the implementation of regulatory requirements.
2. You will manage central regulations and templates related to information security in the Market division, monitor the implementation of internal methods and procedures such as risk management, and handle administrative activities related to information security.
3. You will participate in external certifications and internal audits, and coordinate the deployment of external data protection officers.
4. You will attend internal IT trustee meetings and prepare and conduct regular meetings.
5. You will support training and awareness-raising measures on information security within the market.

Requirements

1. You hold a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification with subject-specific further training.
2. You have experience in information security and are willing to undertake training as an Information Security Officer.
3. You possess strong consulting skills in information security and GDPR, can determine protection requirements, and understand protection mechanisms. You have in-depth knowledge of risk analysis and assessment in information security, with excellent communication skills in these areas.
4. Your personality is characterized by high communication, feedback, and conflict resolution skills, good self-management, resilience, and strategic, holistic thinking.
5. You have excellent command of German and English.

Role Overview

The Information Security Manager is responsible for establishing, operating, and maintaining the information security management system (ISMS) in their area. They operate the local ISMS and represent information security interests.

The ISM is not responsible for establishing, operating, or maintaining organizational and technical security measures (Asset Owner: in).

The ISM is appointed by the division manager.
