EG 11 TVöD (€ 51,200 - € 75,900 full-time depending on your relevant professional experience) or BesGr. A 12 LBesG (subject to evaluation under civil service law)

These tasks await you :

  • License management (60%)

Management and monitoring of software licenses

  • Ensuring license compliance
  • Advice and support for specialist departments on licensing issues
  • Support in the strategic planning and further development of license management
  • Transfer of legal requirements to technical implementations
  • Advice on IT concepts with reference to software usage rights
  • Contract management (40%)

Recording and maintaining IT contracts in the contract management system

  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of contract data
  • Support with the digitization of contract documents
  • Checking contracts for legal and content-related correctness
  • Collaboration with the legal department and other relevant departments
  • Identification and documentation of contractual risks
  • Support in the strategic planning and further development of contract management

These are your qualifications and skills :

  • Degree in economics, law or a comparable field of study
  • Civil servants : You are qualified for category 2, 1st entry-level post in the general administrative service. In this respect, you must have successfully completed the preparatory service with the degree "Bachelor of Laws" / "Bachelor of Arts" or "Diplom-Verwal-tungswirt
  • in (FH)".
  • Employees covered by collective agreements : You have successfully completed Administrative Training Course II or Employee Training Course II. You can also apply if you meet the exemption requirements from the training and examination obligation in accordance with § 12 in conjunction with Section 7 of the preliminary remarks to Annex 1 - Remuneration Ordinance (VKA) TVöD. However, commercial, technical or legal training is a prerequisite.
  • Experience in license management and contract management
  • Knowledge of the public sector and TVöD is an advantage
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
