Lead Software Engineer (m / f / d)

• Development of modern C# / .NET solutions for our eCommerce platforms based on clearly defined business requirements
• Creation of functional and technical concepts in close cooperation with product owners, UX and business departments
• Further development of existing systems, processes and interfaces to optimize the digital customer journey
• Definition and implementation of system architectures, technical requirements and best practices
• Ensuring code quality through code reviews, compliance with coding guidelines and carrying out automated tests (unit, integration and UAT tests)
• Documentation of software architectures, processes and development decisions
• Technical coaching and support for fellow developers in the team

Your profile

• Degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in C# / .NET development, ideally in the web and eCommerce environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of web development, microservices architectures, web service technologies (REST, SOAP) and client / server applications
• Experience with technical implementation, e.g. as a team coordinator, with a sure instinct for technical decisions and successful management of our development teams
• Fluency in German and English, both in the team and in communication with stakeholders
