A leading European platform for on-the-road payment solutions is looking for a QA Engineer. The candidate will contribute to automated testing processes in a dynamic work environment, collaborating with development teams to enhance quality standards. Flexibility in working hours and opportunities for both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Formación

  • Experience as a developer or QA engineer focusing on automated integration tests.
  • Ability to identify integration scenarios and incorporate into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and messaging systems is advantageous.

What you can expect

  • Design and implement our automated integration test landscape.
  • Standardize QA processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and implement reusable test components.
  • Establish best practices and processes to enhance quality.
  • Utilize software engineering skills within Scrum teams.
  • Implement quality assurance processes in an agile environment, from test design to execution, and communicate results effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to improve QA standards.

What sets you apart

  • Experience as a developer or QA engineer focusing on automated integration tests.
  • Ability to identify integration scenarios and incorporate tests into CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Knowledge of test strategies (TDD, BDD, risk-based testing).
  • Experience with load testing tools like WebLOAD and JMeter.
  • Familiarity with acceptance testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, and test frameworks like JUnit.
  • Proficiency in Java and TypeScript, with an understanding of common pitfalls.
  • Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a customer-oriented approach.
