Responsibility for a social healthcare system: To support our IT administration at the head office in Lahr, we are looking for the next possible date for a

IT System Administrator (m / f / d)

full-time (38.5 hours / week).

Your tasks with us :

1. Administration and configuration of our Microsoft Windows server landscape (2019 / 2012 R2)
2. Support of the Active Directory
3. Administration of the virtualization environment VMWare / MS Hyper-V
4. Installation, operation, and optimization of storage and backup environments (NetAPP and Veeam)
5. Design, implementation, and monitoring of WSUS patch management
6. Administration and configuration of our Windows 11 clients
7. Monitoring the systems and applications to ensure general IT operations
8. 2nd level support in the JIRA service desk
9. Automation of installations, deployments, and updates (software packaging, Powershell, scripting)
10. Support with MS SQL server administration
11. Contact person and coordinator for external service providers

What you bring with you :

• Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge in supporting Windows client / server environments
• Knowledge of VMWare / MS Hyper-V as well as storage and backup environments
• Knowledge of HCL Notes clients and Domino servers is desirable
• Analytical skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team
• Very good written and spoken German (at least language level C1)
