To strengthen our team at the Iserlohn location, we are looking for a full-time, permanent position at the earliest possible date for an

IT System Administrator (m / f / d)

Your tasks as an IT system administrator in our team :

• Administration, monitoring, and conceptual development / optimization of our IT infrastructure (Microsoft Server).
• Network administration.
• Responsibility for IT security (data backup, firewall).
• Administration and internal first-level support of the company-wide software landscape (telephone software, etc.).
• Management of cooperation with external IT service providers.
• Training our employees in the relevant applications.
• Planning and implementation of IT projects as well as support in the administration of our ERP system (MS Business Central).

• You have successfully completed your training as an IT specialist or have a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in IT system administration in a medium-sized company.
• You possess very good knowledge in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, and desirable ERP systems like MS Business Central.
• You are open to new technologies and willing to continuously improve our system landscape.
• You demonstrate a dedicated and conceptual working style with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have a clear service orientation, along with a high sense of quality and responsibility.
