Your responsibilities :

• You will be responsible for the configuration and administration of workstations in the Windows environment and for supporting our employees.
• You monitor the running systems, analyze and resolve any error messages that occur.
• You will take care of the administration, organization, support and documentation of the entire IT infrastructure and LAN and WAN communication technology.
• You look after our data center (NetApp, vSphere farm, Active Directory, terminal server, Exchange and SQL server, firewall).
• You monitor and perform backups and further develop the backup system (Veeam).

Your profile :

• You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m / f / d) or have a comparable qualification.
• You are characterized by a high level of independent problem-solving skills as well as a structured, customer-friendly and service-oriented way of working.
• You have very good knowledge of the IT environment, network technology, firewall, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, storage and Microsoft Exchange.
• Ideally, you already have experience with IT security standards (ISO 27001).
• A high level of teamwork and self-organization round off your profile.
