For a project of our client, a renowned company from the public sector, we are looking for reinforcement - at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

• Operation and administration of a heterogeneous IT infrastructure in the data center environment
• Configuration, operation and troubleshooting of servers (Windows Server, SLES, Micro Focus OES 2018)
• Support of client systems (Windows 10)
• Network operation and error analysis (focus: Cisco, F5, Genoa)
• Administration of Microsoft Exchange and Citrix environments
• Operation of web-based applications in security-critical infrastructures
• Support and error analysis of antivirus solutions
• Installation, configuration and analysis of server hardware (HPE)
• User support (1st / 2nd level, by telephone & remotely)
• Maintenance of IT documentation
• Collaboration on smaller IT projects

Your profile

• Completed training in the IT sector, as an IT specialist in system integration, IT system electronics technician or a comparable qualification
• In-depth experience with Windows Server, Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, Exchange
• Sound knowledge of networking (Cisco), incl. Citrix and F5
• Experience with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server desirable
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard hardware components
• Structured and independent way of working
• Very good knowledge of German
