We are looking for an:

IT specialist for system integration (m / f / d)

What you can look forward to:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks
• Use of a software distribution system for configuration and patch management
• Independent execution of software installations
• Use of a ticket system for structured fault and task processing
• Fault diagnosis and rectification in the event of technical problems
• Technical support as well as education and training for IT users
• Creation and maintenance of documentation
• Support of IT systems on measuring and testing systems in production (WINDOWS & LINUX)
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the IT services provided
• Collaboration on IT projects for system optimization

What you bring with you:

• Completed IT training, ideally as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
• Broad understanding of IT systems, networks, and operating systems
• Friendly, service-oriented interaction with users
• Very good problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Independent, goal-oriented way of working
• Willingness to undergo further professional training and occasional weekend work
