Your profile & your talents :

• Technical training: Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification with basic electrical engineering knowledge.
• Tech skills: Experience with server infrastructures, network topologies, cloud technologies, IT security, and large database systems (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MS-SQL). Willing to expand your knowledge.
• Standards familiarity: Knowledge of IT security standard IEC 62443.
• Customer orientation: Service-oriented with enjoyment in working with customers.
• Quick comprehension: Able to understand complex issues and find efficient solutions.
• Independence and responsibility: Comfortable working independently and organizing your tasks.
• Languages: Proficient in English and/or French (at least B2); open to business trips.
• Team player: Good communication skills, team-oriented, helpful, encouraging collaboration.
• Future shaping: Collaborate with our team to develop innovative software products and support database migration.
• Remote support: Provide technical consulting and problem solving for German and international customers via phone, email, remote maintenance, or on-site.
• On-premise installations: Deploy our WebPQ database system software with power quality measuring devices and ensure smooth operation.
• Quality contribution: Participate in release processes, maintain Proxmox server environment, and support continuous improvement.
