IT Service Desk Specialist (m / f / d)

Perfectly balanced - where is the focus?

As an experienced IT Service Desk Specialist (m / f / d), you will act as a competent point of contact for our employees in the event of technical problems and queries. You are the first point of contact for all IT-related questions.

Your tasks include :

  • Receiving support requests via ticket system or telephone
  • Analysis and resolution of technical problems
  • Documentation of problem solutions and instructions
  • Support with the setup and configuration of IT systems
  • Ensuring the smooth running of service desk operations

Balanced mix of success - who are we looking for?

  • Completed training in the IT sector or comparable professional training
  • You already have several years of professional experience in the IT sector and good to very good knowledge in IT application support as well as in the Windows-based client and server environment
  • Good knowledge of common operating systems and applications
  • Experience in dealing with ticket systems and remote tools
  • Strong communication skills and a pronounced service orientation
  • Ability to work in a team and reliability
  • Good knowledge of German and English
