We are looking for a computer scientist, IT specialist or IT specialist for system integration for our location in Gelnhausen as soon as possible as a

IT Security Administrator (m / f / d)

Your tasks as IT Security Administrator (m / f / d) :

• You are responsible for the administration and protection of Windows Active Directory (AD), Entra ID and Azure.
• You will expand local security and network technologies (LAN, WLAN, segmentation, architecture, MDM, etc.), introduce new solutions and work on global projects.
• At our location, you will be responsible for the support and operation of firewalls, switches and IT security systems (VPN, e-mail security, endpoint security, etc.).
• You will carry out projects and measures in the network, server and security environment; if required, you will also work on global projects.
• You create and maintain the relevant documentation
• You regularly carry out security updates, patches and configuration changes to secure the systems.
• You develop or support the development of guidelines, documentation, emergency concepts, etc.
• You will provide second-level support for your area of responsibility at our location and support our global IT colleagues as required.
• You will be responsible for compliance with security policies and procedures in accordance with local and global guidelines at the Gelnhausen site
• You will analyze, process and document security incidents in collaboration with the global IT security teams

Your qualifications as an IT Security Administrator (m / f / d) :

• You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration (m / f / d) or comparable training (preferably in the field of information technology, IT, computer science, etc.) and have undergone further training in IT security topics.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in IT security admin.
• You have good knowledge of configuring and setting up firewalls (preferably Fortinet), networks, routing, segmentation, etc.
• You have already acquired good knowledge of SOTI, HPE Aruba & Central, ClearPass and Active Directory.
• Thanks to your professional experience, you have very good knowledge of the administration of the Microsoft cloud environment Azure, O365, Endtra ID (incl. governance).
• Understanding business requirements and transforming them into solution designs is a matter of course for you.
• You have a proactive and team-oriented way of working, a hands-on mentality, high self-motivation and are characterized by strong communication skills.
• A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset is a matter of course for you.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
