Eine engagierte Stiftung sucht einen IT-Projektmanager, um die Digitalisierung in einem sozialen Umfeld voranzutreiben. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten, die Optimierung interner Prozesse und die Unterstützung des IT-Teams. Formación

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik.

The Lebenshilfe Südholstein Foundation, Lebenshilfe im Kreis Pinneberg gGmbH and Lebenshilfewerk Pinneberg gGmbH support and care for children, young people and adults with disabilities and those at risk of disability at home, in daycare centers, at school, in our residential facilities, workshops and leisure and meeting places.

To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a dedicated person as soon as possible.

Job offer : IT Project Manager (m / f / d)

The average weekly working hours are at least 30 and up to 39 hours.

As an IT project manager, you can expect the following tasks :

• Planning, managing and implementing digitalization projects to optimize our internal processes and services.
• Analyzing existing IT structures and identifying potential for improvement.
• Close cooperation with various specialist departments to determine requirements and develop customized IT solutions.
• Supporting the IT team in day-to-day operations, including maintenance and further development of the existing IT infrastructure.
• Training and supporting employees with the introduction of new digital tools and processes.

Your profile :

• Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• First experience in the management and implementation of IT projects, ideally in the field of digitization.
• Sound knowledge of IT infrastructures, networks and current technologies.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent and structured way of working.
• Good language skills in German and English.
