Tasks

• Support in the strategic development of the department and cooperation at eye level
• Advising and coaching internal customers on agile product development or projects that use classic process models
• Creation, further development and maintenance of overarching methods and techniques in the software development process
• Taking on roles and tasks in customer projects and exemplifying the principles and values of the organizational unit
• Conducting training on the methods and tools used
• Implementing customer requirements that support customers in their work when using the internal tools
• Monitoring the market for current developments and innovations in the software development process

Profile

• Completed studies in computer science, alternatively work and organizational psychology or comparable knowledge
• Business fluent German (at least C1 level)
• Strong IT know-how and very good knowledge of agile frameworks and classic software development procedures
• Experience in the transformation of companies towards more customer centricity and continuous optimization
• Strong knowledge of modeling (DDD, BPMN and UML notations) of complex software as well as good Java skills
• Knowledge of system administration (Jira, Confluence) desirable
• Very good knowledge of working techniques, e.g. moderation techniques, presentation techniques and visualization techniques
• Strong management skills, conflict resolution skills, strong communication skills, self-organization and argumentation skills
