Responsibilities

1. Mass data maintenance, data analysis, and troubleshooting within the SAP Commerce environment.
2. Evaluate, maintain, and optimize software products used on a data basis.
3. Communicate actively with adjacent departments and business partners to optimize existing interfaces in terms of quantity and quality.
4. Define and document processes for handling new errors, develop data validation processes, and automate manual tasks.
5. Monitor systems, provide 2nd level support for technical inquiries from departments or external customers, and analyze and translate internal requirements into operational IT services.

Your Profile

1. Degree in computer science or a related field, vocational training with further qualifications, or relevant professional experience.
2. Knowledge of SAP, SQL, and good MS Office skills.
3. Experience with PIM systems, basic SAP Commerce knowledge, and mechanical engineering experience are advantageous.
4. Initial experience in mass data maintenance, with knowledge of MongoDB, Java, PHP, and .Net.
5. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
