Job Description

• Be a key member of our IT team, serving as an internal contact for reporting and BI solutions, especially with TARGIT and Power BI.
• Develop and optimize BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
• Design data models and structures, implementing them in effective solutions.
• Ensure data quality, perform validations, and conduct plausibility checks.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses to visualize key performance indicators.
• Identify trends and patterns through data analysis to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with departments to understand requirements and implement tailored reporting solutions.
• Drive system development and automation to enhance efficiency.

Your Profile

• Experience with BI tools (TARGIT, Power BI, Tableau), ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central), and SQL (MS SQL Server).
• Strong understanding of operational processes and data evaluation.
• Structured working style and analytical thinking.
• Proactive, innovative, and service-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in an IT environment, with a passion for data and digital solutions.
• Proficient in written and spoken German.
