IT Administrator in the Network Operations Center (m / f / d)

The Operating & Managed Scheduling team is responsible for ensuring the operation of all IT systems and applications with regard to service agreements over 7 x 24 hours.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and ensure the operation of centralized and decentralized system environments, networks, and applications
• Accept, analyze, resolve, and escalate disruptions to IT operations
• Contribute to the further development, optimization, and automation of IT services
• Support the entire event management process (requirements analysis, implementation, consulting, optimization)
• Work in projects and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure 24 / 7 operation with on-call duty as part of a model that combines health, work-life balance, and appropriate remuneration

Your profile :

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, IT systems administrator, or a comparable qualification
• Enthusiasm for a wide variety of IT systems and applications
• Experience with Red Hat Linux and Windows server operating systems
• Analytical skills and knowledge of common automation and monitoring tools
• Excellent written and spoken German (C1) and good written and spoken English
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty, including weekends and public holidays, and to work shifts
• A team player with a high level of responsibility and the will to master even difficult situations
