Formación

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM is desirable.
• Experience in software support is an advantage.
• Fluent in German and English.

Inhouse Support Consultant (m / f / d)

Field of activity

• Processing of D365 support tickets via DevOps including BUG analysis
• Processing of D365 support emails
• Analysis, conception and testing of new requirements from the specialist departments
• Creation of GAP / FIT analyses
• Preparation and support of D365 process tests for the release change
• Key user / user training in D365 SCM
• Creation of D365 training materials / documentation

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or automation technology or a comparable qualification
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM or a comparable ERP system is desirable
• Experience in the area of software support is an advantage
• Strong ability to work in a team as well as an independent, solution-oriented and careful way of working
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
