Formación

Inhouse Consultant SAP HCM / HR System Administrator / SAP HCM Payroll

What you move with us

  • You will assume full responsibility for the proper and timely implementation of technical payroll accounting, including all technical preparatory and follow-up work (for several groups of employees, including pensioners and various working time models).
  • You carry out analysis, further development, optimization and harmonization of payroll processes and functionalities.
  • You lead the customizing of the SAP HCM system.
  • You make adjustments to payroll accounting in SAP HCM in line with collective bargaining, statutory and company-specific requirements and specifications, including table maintenance.
  • You carry out system updates and release changes in accordance with legal requirements and internal requirements (e.g. Legal Change Package (LCP), Enhancement Package (EHP), schema and rule definition).
  • You make adjustments in the context of the annual change and legal changes.
  • You will provide advice on payroll and payroll-related projects, e.g. setting up new personnel areas.
  • You carry out electronic reporting procedures and make adjustments (e.g. ELSTAM, DEÜV, BEA).
  • You work closely with colleagues from the IT, Finance, HR Reporting and HR Payroll departments.
  • You work with SAP HCM (version 6.08).

What makes you special

  • Completed commercial vocational training in business administration, IT or a comparable qualification.
  • Sound knowledge in the analysis, further development, optimization and harmonization of billing processes and functionalities.
  • Sound specialist professional experience in the implementation or consulting of technical payroll accounting in a medium-sized or large company, for several groups of employees (incl. pensioners), e.g. with SAP, REAS; PAISY.
  • Ideally professional experience in table maintenance and customizing SAP HCM.
  • Sound knowledge and work experience in tax and social security law contexts.
  • Knowledge of social and labor law is an advantage.
  • You are IT-savvy.
  • You have an analytical and structured way of working with a high degree of problem-solving skills.
