Our YouTube channel "Data Science Institute - Fabian Rappert" reaches over 50,000 subscribers in German-speaking countries, making us a leading platform for data & AI. Role Overview

We are looking for a product-driven, technology-oriented manager to lead a young team and innovate education. As Head of Product, you will oversee the development, quality, and innovation of our training programs, working closely with leadership to shape our offerings.

Responsibilities

1. Build and lead a small, strong product team.
2. Develop new learning formats and curricula related to data, AI, and business.
3. Implement feedback and quality systems, such as NPS and participant feedback.
4. Collaborate with freelancers, sales, support, and marketing teams.
5. Contribute to content initiatives like YouTube, thought leadership, and blogs.
6. Structure and continuously improve our learning platform.
7. Optionally, showcase your expertise through content or own formats.

Qualifications

• Experience in data science or machine learning.
• Ideally, experience with product responsibility in education or tech sectors.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A flair for creating scalable, quality content.
• Open, solution-oriented, and pragmatic mindset.
• Fluent German communication skills (at least C1 level).

Nice to Have

• Experience with state-funded training formats (e.g., AVGS, AZAV, BGS).
• Didactic sensitivity or learning psychology knowledge.
• Experience in content creation or public relations (e.g., YouTube, speaking, blogging).
