Role Overview

We are seeking a product-driven, technology-oriented manager to lead our young team and revolutionize education. As Head of Product, you will oversee the development, quality, and innovation of our training programs, ensuring they remain engaging and effective.

Responsibilities

1. Build and lead a small, strong product team.
2. Develop new learning formats and curricula (data, AI, business).
3. Implement feedback and quality systems (e.g., NPS, participant feedback, learning objectives).
4. Collaborate closely with freelancers, sales, support, and marketing teams.
5. Contribute to content initiatives (YouTube, thought leadership, blog).
6. Structure and continuously improve our learning platform.
7. Optionally, showcase your expertise through content or formats.

Qualifications

1. Experience in data science or machine learning.
2. Ideally, experience with product responsibility in education or tech sectors.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Good content sense and ability to scale it.
5. Open, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach.
6. Fluent German communication skills (at least C1 level).

Nice to Have

1. Experience with state-funded training formats (e.g., AVGS, AZAV, BGS).
2. Didactic sensitivity or learning psychology background.
3. Experience in content creation or public relations (YouTube, speaking, blogging).
