Tareas

  1. Build relationships and convert leads into satisfied customers.
  2. Serve as a key point of contact for the Team Manager and Sales function, liaising with the company’s headquarters.
  3. Assess and understand the specific needs of potential clients, identified through digital acquisition channels, and recommend the most suitable products and services.
  4. Work closely with the Customer Service team to strengthen client loyalty by responding to inquiries via email and phone and ensuring their satisfaction through appropriate actions.
  5. Contribute to the refinement and implementation of procedures and tools to support ongoing development within the market.
  6. Native level of Italian.
  7. Professional level of English.
  8. Previous experience in call center as a sales consultant, with strong skills in managing daily inbound calls and occasional outbound contacts.
  9. Skilled in effectively handling objections and offering tailored solutions to meet potential clients' needs.
  10. Interest in embracing the multidisciplinary approach of an international start-up.
  11. Alignment with our mission of care and dedication to delivering excellent service.
  12. A strong focus on acquiring new clients and fostering loyalty is highly valued.
