The role requires comprehensive ServiceNow expertise, especially in designing and implementing Order Management solutions, alongside strong communication skills in Spanish. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in the ServiceNow platform and a proven track record in integrating systems efficiently.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years specializing in Order Management and SPM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and related components.
• Experience with integrating third-party tools.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in design workshops and implement practical solutions.
• Deliver process designs with minimal customizations.
• Manage Customer Service Management (CSM) portals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate in design workshops and implement practical solutions.
• Focus on delivering process designs with minimal customizations.
• Design and implement Order Management and Service Portfolio Management solutions.
• Integrate with third-party tools and manage Customer Service Management (CSM) portals.

Required Skills :
