Descripción del empleo

Adaptation, optimization and further development of the abas ERP system according to operational requirements.

Creation and maintenance of scripts, reports and interfaces in the ERP system.

Implementation of business processes in abas.

Close cooperation with the specialist departments to identify and implement IT solutions.

Support with rollouts and the implementation of new modules or functions.

Analysis and correction of errors in the ERP system and support for system documentation.

Administration of the Microsoft 365 cloud ecosystem (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Office, Telephony, Defender, Intune) in accordance with the organization's objectives in terms of security, reliability and usability.

Support users with questions and problems in dealing with the apps and functions of the Microsoft 365 Suite.

Backup and restore of the Microsoft 365 tenant using suitable methods.

Creation and maintenance of documentation - both for internal IT requirements and for end users.

Coordination with the co-determination committees for the introduction and configuration of new Microsoft 365 services.

Communication with service providers.

Your profile:

Completed studies in the fields of computer science or business informatics or comparable training in these areas.

Professional experience in the development and support of an ERP system (at least 3 years advantageous).

Several years of professional experience in the administration of a Microsoft 365 tenant or at least in the administration of a Microsoft on-premises / hybrid environment.

Understanding of business processes and their mapping in the ERP system.

Experience with interface connection and database management (e.g. REST-API, MariaDB, MSSQL).

Experience with Linux (Debian), KVM / qemu virtualization, bash + bash scripts, OPNsense, Wireguard, SSH, restic, corsobackup, TCP / IP in v4 and v6, Postfix, rs pamd.

Analytical thinking, structured way of working and high problem-solving skills.
