Job Title: IT Specialist (ERP & Microsoft 365)
- Adaptation, optimization, and further development of the abas ERP system according to operational requirements.
- Creation and maintenance of scripts, reports, and interfaces in the ERP system.
- Implementation of business processes in abas.
- Close cooperation with specialist departments to identify and implement IT solutions.
- Support with rollouts and the implementation of new modules or functions.
- Analysis and correction of errors in the ERP system and support for system documentation.
- Administration of the Microsoft 365 cloud ecosystem (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Office, Telephony, Defender, Intune) ensuring security, reliability, and usability.
- Support users with questions and problems related to Microsoft 365 applications and functions.
- Backup and restore of the Microsoft 365 tenant using appropriate methods.
- Creation and maintenance of documentation for internal IT and end users.
- Coordination with co-determination committees for the introduction and configuration of new Microsoft 365 services.
- Communication with service providers.
Your profile:
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in ERP system development and support.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 tenant administration or in managing a Microsoft on-premises/hybrid environment.
- Understanding of business processes and ERP system mapping.
- Experience with interface connection and database management (e.g., REST-API, MariaDB, MSSQL).
- Knowledge of Linux (Debian), KVM/QEMU virtualization, bash scripting, OPNsense, Wireguard, SSH, restic, corsobackup, TCP/IP v4 and v6, Postfix, rsyslog.
- Analytical, structured working style, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Project management, communication, teamwork, and independent working skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration skills.
- Structured, process-oriented, and conscientious approach to work.
- Good self-organization and time management skills.
- Business fluent in German; good written and spoken communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
